This product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the
consumer owns the product. At New Flex Generation's option, defective product will be repaired,
replaced or substituted with a product of equal value. For warranty service, email

14625, Copley, OH 44321). Fitness & Sports Excellerated, LLC SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE

Terms Applicable to Warranties
Fitness & Sports Excellerated, LLC will, at its option, either repair or replace, free of charge, any
parts found to be defective during the term of the applicable warranty above, or will replace the
Flex nimbo™ with an equivalent product. Such repair or replacement shall be the sole liability of
Fitness & Sports Excellerated, LLC and the sole remedy of the purchaser for breach of warranty. It
is natural for equipment used to experience fading of colors and deterioration of materials over
time; and such fading and deterioration is not considered to be an indication of a defect.
These warranties apply only to a Flex nimbo™ that is used for personal purposes, and do not cover
normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or
improper care or maintenance. To obtain warranty service, the product must be returned to Fitness
& Sports Excellerated, LLC, PO Box 14625, Copley, OH 44321.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES; AND
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE

Just like any piece of fitness and athletic equipment, the Flex nimbo™ must be used properly for
not only maximum results, but for precautionary measures. It is always highly important to consult
your physician before starting any type of exercise program or use of equipment. If you have never
exercised before or if you are changing your current exercise program, make sure you consult your
physician prior to exercising with or without the Flex nimbo™. This piece of equipment was not
designed for the average person looking for a good workout, but was developed for advanced
training by those with a knowledge base of proper technique, form, and awareness of muscle
strength and durability in relation to one's own body. In regards to spinal loading, each person's
body is developed and maintained differently. Attributes such as pre-existing conditions, including
recent injuries, genetic disorders, injuries from overuse, and many more can be contributors to
such conditions as spinal loading. Again, because the Flex nimbo™ is not a device that can
diagnose these attributes, the responsibility is upon the consumer to seek medical advisement from
their team physician, sports medicine doctor, or family practitioner in regards to not only the use of
the Flex nimbo™, but proper warm ups prior to exercising, and techniques used during workouts
with and without the Flex nimbo™.
