Speed & Quickness
Speed and quickness are essential skills in sports activities. To
gain field or court advantage, the athlete must often move to a
position in a short amount of time. FSE's Sean Robbins provides
instruction in techniques that will improve movement and reaction
time; and improve ability to maintain control by focusing on
balance and coordination. This training does not involve working
with weights or other equipment. Speed and quickness kills...but
only if you have it!



Agility
The majority of sports require directional changes in lateral
movements, in addition to forward motion. An athlete must
respond and move quickly, often starting to move when the body
is stationary or an awkward position. The key to agility and speed
coordination development is reducing the loss of velocity when
shifting directions. Learn to move quickly and smoothly when
changing speed and direction!.
