| Your Trainer Often mistaken for a 20-something year old, it's clear that Sean Robbins practices what he teaches. A former outstanding collegiate athlete, and later a highly ranked professional track and field athlete, he was an Olympic team alternate in 1996 and 2004, today Sean looks like he's ready for a long jump competition. Sean leads an active lifestyle combining strength training, aerobic fitness, functional exercises, cycling and good nutrition (with an occasional bowl of ice cream). Sean Robbins has been a personal sports and fitness trainer since 1997. Sean specializes in personal fitness for individuals of all ages, and as a speed, strength and conditioning trainer for youth, high school, collegiate and professional athletes. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and Recreation Administration, and minor degrees in Coaching and Religion. He is a National Federation of Professional Trainers certified Master Trainer, with specialist designations in personal training, sports nutrition, weight training and endurance training. If you get Sean talking about fitness, take a seat because he is always more than willing to share information and help improve the lives of others. Sean not only encourages, trains and helps others in fitness and sports, he has been a committed volunteer for several years at a northeast Ohio non-profit organization that provides therapeutic and recreational horseback riding for children with special needs. When asked why he chose sports and fitness training as a career, Sean answers, "God gave me the skills and ability, and the desire to help others to improve their lives and accomplish goals." |
