Power & Explosiveness
Going for rebounds, challenging an opponent at the net and
running to intercept a pass all depend on an athlete's ability to
make quick movements. Power and Explosiveness training
incorporates plyometrics and Olympic weight lifting techniques to
improve performance in this area. FSE also has lower intensity
power exercises program for young and/or inexperience athletes.
Power and Explosiveness techniques are closely related to
development of Agility, Speed and Quickness. Using these
training techniques in combination gives athletes an edge over
their peers!
