Fitness Workshops This is a 4-hour workshop designed for individuals at all fitness levels who want to create a personal fitness program. During the workshop, each participant will learn and apply personal fitness techniques. The workshop will include an hour and a half of classroom instruction on weight training and nutrition. After the classroom instruction is complete, an additional two and a half hours will be spent in the weight room in demonstration and application of proper techniques of weight and cardiovascular exercises. The workshop can be held at corporate fitness facilities, your preferred gym or at my training facility. |
